1. Acceptance of Terms
 
By accessing or using Bibblo (“the App”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.
 
2.Use of the App
 
Bibblo is a platform designed for structured debates, counterarguments, and intellectual discourse. Users may create, share, and engage with public content. You are solely responsible for any content you upload or interact with. Misuse of the platform is prohibited.
 
3.AI Tools and Assistance
 
Bibblo integrates AI to help users improve writing, generate ideas, or suggest debate structures. AI content is for informational and creative purposes only and does not constitute factual, professional, or legal advice.
 
4. User Content and Ownership

You retain full ownership of content you create. However, by submitting content to Bibblo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, store, and share your content within the App and in promotional material, subject to our Privacy Policy.
 
5. Prohibited Conduct
 
You agree not to:
 

• Post or promote hate speech, violence, misinformation, harassment, impersonation, or illegal activity.

• Violate intellectual property rights of others.

• Interfere with the normal functioning of the App or attempt to reverse-engineer any part of it.

 
6. Moderation and Reporting

We encourage users to report inappropriate content. All reports will be reviewed in line with Bibblo’s Community Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, warnings, suspension, or permanent bans. You may also report violations directly via email.
 
7. Community Guidelines
 
Respectful, informed, and inclusive debate is core to Bibblo’s mission. We encourage diverse viewpoints but will not tolerate personal attacks, doxxing, coordinated abuse, or spam. Full Community Guidelines are available on our website.
 
8. Termination
 
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion for violations of these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice or liability.
 
 
9. Intellectual Property
 
The App, its design, branding (including Bibblo™), and AI models are protected under Canadian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of Bibblo’s trademark, copyright, or proprietary systems is prohibited.
 
10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Bibblo after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. A notice of changes will be posted in the app or on our website.
